Who is attending?

In attendance will be:

A) LPs from endowments, foundations, family offices, OCIO’s, fund of funds, consultants, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, and pensions.

B) GPs from Independent Sponsors, Search Funds, and Holding Companies

‍

What if I have dietary restrictions?

You will be required to provide your dietary restrictions in the registration process with Cvent. Please email info@inversionsummits.com if you have any further dietary restriction concerns.

What is the structure?

The summit will feature breakfast and lunch each day, GP-only and LP-only breakouts, a cocktail event Tuesday evening, and 12 one-on-one meetings.

Which events are mandatory to attend?

Every event on the agenda, including meals, is mandatory to attend.

Is there a room block?

There is no room block for this event. Attendees can stay wherever they choose.

Am I able to ship materials in advance?

Please bring any desired materials with you to The Dalcy. Your materials will also be available in your MeetMax profile, which you can access at any time.

What is the dress code for the summit?

The summit is business-casual. Please no suit and tie.

What’s the weather going to be like?

Typical June weather in Chicago is in the mid 70’s, with air conditioning indoors.

How much does an Inversion Select Independent Sponsor 2026 Summit Pass cost?

Independent Sponsor Registration: $2,985 for 1st attendee; $1,985 for 2nd attendee

Search Fund Registration: $2,985 for 1st attendee; $1,985 for 2nd attendee

Holding Company Registration: $2,985 for 1st attendee; $1,985 for 2nd attendee

Non-Control GP Registration: $4,985 for 1st attendee; $3,985 for 2nd attendee

LP Registration: $500 for 1st attendee; $250 for 2nd attendee*

*LP registration fees are nonrefundable

How many people from my team can attend?

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

GP registration fees are refundable until April 10, 2026. If a GP attendee wishes to cancel after April 10, 2026, their registration fee will be transferred to the next Select Independent Sponsor Summit.

LP registration fees are nonrefundable.

‍

Firms reviewed and approved by our advisory board have two weeks to complete their registration. If an approved firm does not complete registration within 2 weeks, their spot(s) will be released, and they will be placed back on the waiting list.
